Alireza Bayat is a curator, art historian, and instructor based in Winnipeg. His work focuses on cultural memory, Persianate visual culture, and the politics of displacement. He has curated exhibitions in Canada, Norway, and Iran, developed archival frameworks, and taught global art history at the University of Winnipeg.
